Terms of Use

By downloading or using Traduco ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

Traduco is a keyboard extension that translates text between languages using AI. The app provides machine translations that may not be perfectly accurate. Traduco is not a substitute for professional translation services.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Traduco only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the service to translate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.

  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or other technical restrictions.

  • Use automated tools to access the translation service beyond normal app usage.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Traduco offers a free tier with daily limits and a premium subscription with unlimited access. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed by your Apple ID.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

4. Free Trial

New users may receive a 7-day free trial with full premium features. After the trial ends, your account will revert to the free tier unless you subscribe. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and limited to one per Apple ID.

5. Translation Accuracy

Translations are generated by AI and may contain errors. Traduco does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any translation. You are responsible for reviewing translations before using them in any important context, including but not limited to legal, medical, or official documents.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, code, and branding are the property of Javlonbek Elamonov. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes. The translations you generate are yours to use freely.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Traduco available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Traduco. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Traduco if you violate these terms or abuse the service. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other appropriate means.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of Traduco shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of California, United States.
